I have always had a pleasant experience with MTR Auto, Marvin and his staff are courteous, professional , and friendly, I've been going to this business for two decades and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I got my front brakes and rotors done with MTR. They did great work and were right on time with all work. The price was competitive and reasonable.

Brought my vehicle here for body work repair . The outcome was great . Quality workmanship , great service , fast repair . Marvin was awesome! Please keep up the great work .

Melvin is the absolute best. Not only is the work he does outstanding, but he’s honest. Both my mom and myself have Teslas and accidentally hit poles in different garages. Different dealerships quoted me between $2500-3200, Melvin’s cost was a FRACTION and you can’t even see where the damage was. When the same thing happened to my mom, we didn’t even look other places- I took her directly to MTR. Again, his work is excellent, he’s honest, his whole staff is super nice, and I trust this place above anyone else.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marvin and Mtr. I brought my car in for an issue that Marvin assured me would be fixed after the repairs he recommended. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty bill, the problem persisted. When I reached out to address it, the follow-up service was practically nonexistent. Marvin and his team seemed uninterested in taking accountability or providing a solution without charging me again. It was clear they were more focused on getting paid than ensuring customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again—very poor communication and service all around. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable mechanic.
