MTS Towing

I have been in the Transport industry for over 20 years and in that time had the opportunity to work with many different towing Companies. I can tell you that I have never experienced such service and professionalism with any other. We had give them a NO FAIL job and they provided service over and beyond our requirements.

Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful. Called MTS with questions about my vehicle. I will leave it up to my insurance company. The dispatcher at MTS needs training. After trauma of my car accident, having to deal with an unpleasant, unprofessional, "could careless attitude" dispatcher at MTS adds to my PTSD.

Terrible experience they partner with the city on jobs and i didnt have a choice but to work with them they refused to help people, just rude the guy kept me on hold because they didnt want to talk to me then hung up. My car was not returned to me the way the towed it off in!! It’s ridiculous

I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed at this location. I went to MTS towing to drop off needed documentation for the adjustor and to retrieve items out of my vehicle. My vehicle is always kept in pristine condition. At this towing location, my vehicle was completely trashed while in their possession. My vehicle had an empty marijuana package in the cupholder, the cupholders were used as an ashtray, and empty food containers were left in my vehicle. Whoever did this to MY vehicle at this "establishment" is VERY ignorant and inconsiderate. AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COST. They're rude, very ignorant, and did not care about my vehicle that I’VE WORKED HARD FOR TO EARN. This "establishment" needs to be closed permanently, especially considering similar reviews addressing

Staff is friendly and they are always there to help you out if your car was towed. There fees are reasonable especially john and Rudolph are very patient they are willing to work with you. Good attitude
