MTS Truck Repair

I don't understand why people like to waste someone else's time. I don't understand why people are so rude in first place. Yes I am talking about the only semi truck workshop of Smithfield, PA, The ''MTS Truck Repair'' I don't know these people personally, but the way I have been treated is unacceptable. Since the day I first contacted them the lady on the phone speaks so arrogantly that it seems like we owe her something! The lady have the habit of hanging over the phone within the first few seconds after Hello Hi. Even if they tell you wait for one week for a call back, there is never a call back. We waited for our turn for a month just because we had some hope they would at least diagnose the issues with our Volvo. Pathetic way to treat people this way. The worst semi truck workshop of

First off, these guys are great!!! Mark and Misty made the experience a wonderful thing out of a stressful situation! I had a front rear diff blow a hole thru the bottom and was looking at a very costly repair! I pulled in on Friday afternoon and Mark told me he could look at it for me on Monday. Monday came around and he gave me a call and told me what I was looking at with brand new diff and labor, oil etc. (About 9-10k) He then went on to tell me he had a truck sitting in his yard with 3.43 rear ends and that he will sell me BOTH of those for 4k plus labor, oil etc. Mine were 2.47 rears and the replacements were in way better shape than my own! Thank you Mark and Misty for the experience. These guys are worth it if you're in the area!

Where do I began? It must have been the grace and favor of GOD. My truck had to be towed and the tow truck driver recommended me to MTS he didn’t recommend anyone else. I’m glad he didn’t. I kept asking myself to find the good in all this and the good part is I got to come to this shop and meet some of the most genuine people on this earth. Mark and Misty are truly GOD sent people and so good at what they do. I was freaking out and they were so calm like we will take care of the problem and they have done just that. I highly recommend MTS if you are ever broke down in this area. And to Mr. Joe I appreciate you for not towing me anywhere but here. Thank you for the best recommendation I’ve ever had. They were fair and the price was right. They took their time to make sure they got it right
