Absolutely amazing experience with Matthew! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel rushed or confused. The prices were super reasonable, especially compared to other places I’ve been. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but he’s definitely earned my business!
If you want someone that’s going to do literally everything he can to help you, he’s here. Very hard to find an honest, quality tech anymore I’ve been in the trade of auto body and service for 6 years. And Matthew is the one. Another shop wanted to charge me $725 for 1.8 hours of labor to do an encoder motor on my 03 Durango r/t. He only charged me $300 for 2.4 hours labor, and a little for shop materials. Kept me updated thoroughly and let me know what his next steps were. Unfortunately, I have bigger issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond going back and fourth to oreillys for the motor. And didn’t charge for a diag either. 110% would only recommend Muddy river.
