Mueller Automotive and Recovery

My Friday started off, not so happy when I realized that I had locked my key in the car. I recently joined AAA and I called to request the service of having someone come to unlock the car for me because my key was left inside. Matthew from Mueller's towing service gave me a call and in less than 20 minutes, he arrived at my address. He opened the car door for me to retrieve my keys in record speed. Matthew was very professional over the phone and in person and I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and promptness.

JAmes was my driver today. I needed my 65 Shelby Cobra, which is my baby to be transported to the repair shop. The right side pipe was dangling and he was an absolute pro getting it loaded up on the flatbed. I followed him to the shop And he didn’t know I was following. I watched his driving in his care and it was outstanding. I’ve had other toes with this car and this shop before and feel extremely comfortable with how they take care of my car.

James effortlessly recovered my vehicle after a tire blowout on an interstate. He called ~2 min after AAA submitted the request and was personable and reassuring. He made sure I was comfortable in the cab and dropped my vehicle directly in the shop's service bay. I'm pleased to have Mueller in the area!

Had an issue with my car and was not able to drive it home. Called AAA for a tow and received great tow service from Mueller Automotive, took about 30 minutes for them to meet me in Cornelius. They towed my car to my preferred auto repair shop in south charlotte and dropped the key off for repair work without me having to meet the guy, which was nice. The guy who met me was nice on the phone and in person, would recommend this business.

I have to highly rate and recommend Mueller automotive for all the times I've needed a jump or key lockout through AAA. AND especially Dakota the service technician! He is the HERO of the night that SAVED my family. I had a key lockout, very kind and helpful and he took care of it so fast! But after I got access to my car, the battery was dead. And he stayed by my side assisting me with calling AAA again. Helped in finding out why my battery died and he got me a replacement one. Dakota was so awesome, he is highly recommended to save the day!
