Muffler Man of Holland

absolutely phenomenal. i went in to MM yesterday because my muffler was totally detached from my car. Virgil showed me the issue, i thought it was only the back. but it was the front too. he told me about the catalytic converter being messed up a little but that he COULD fix it. and that he could fix my muffler. instead of lying and saying i needed a new converter for extra money- he told the truth and repaired it as cheap as possible. he was HONEST WITH ME!! and my car sounds even better than it did before the incident. i have serious respect for them not taking advantage of me as a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars. amazing. i will absolutely go there again if i have more issues. thanks Virgil!!

Brought my car in and they found the issue right away (accurate engines had my car for 3 weeks the 3rd time I took it there but couldn’t find anything). These guys got it fixed right away and it runs really awesome and even was a bit less than quoted!!! Awesome experience here!!

When my 2001 Escape needed exhaust work my son recommended I check them out and I’m so glad I did. After assessing what was wrong, Virg came out to discuss. The price was way beyond my budget so when I explained I just couldn’t put that into a car I probably wouldn’t be driving that much longer he came up with a Plan B. I agreed and the final price was even lower! My total time there was less than two hours without an appointment and I’ve had no more problems with the exhaust (and that was four months ago). It’s good to know there are honest people who still listen to their customers!
