Called for a tow, 2 tows actually. The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and clear on the detail. Gave me a great price and had both trucks picked up and dropped off inside two hours! Would definitely recommend!

Called ahead and got my car towed here with a misfire. They then misdiagnosed the misfire as bad plugs/wires after breaking multiple wire and tried charging an exorbitant amount to replace the parts themselves. They also charged me their truck labor rate to look at my car, if you dont want to work on cars just say so.

Hi, I used Mullen's auto repair to fix my car after my car was hit in an accident and it has been a nightmare. They know how the insurance companies work and they use this to their advantage to play with customers. I had to literally take a day off from work and monitor my car's repairs because they kept delaying fixing my car an came up with new stories all the time. Half of time they pretend they don't know what is wrong with the car and then they treat their customers in the worst possible way imaginable. The outcome for me for using them was, I had to sell my car eventually and they still got paid. I will ask anyone who is using them to be cautious and do not pay anything upfront/advance if you did already be ready for a bumpy ride, they don't have a concept of repeat customers. The m

I run a dog rescue in Delaware and I've been using Mullen's Truck repairs for years. Keeping my van on the road is life and death to homeless/unwanted dogs that I rescue and transport. Yet, I have to admit that as important as my van is to me, I'm afraid too many times I've let my normal maintenance work pile up and by the time I contact John I'm in a crisis and need the repairs done yesterday so I can get back on the road. Once he had to send a driver to TOW by van from his location in Linwood PA to New Castle DE when I broke down on 95 in New Castle DE! Whew, that was scary b/c we've all heard of people crashing into the rear of vehicles that are broken down on the side of the road. I was SO glad to see his driver pull up and get me safely in their truck and tow my van back to his shop.
