Muller's Diesel Center

I regret ever bringing my truck to Muller’s Diesel Center. I went in for a simple oil change and left with damage, lies, and a completely broken trust. First, they did NOT use the parts and oil they claimed they would. Instead of the proper quality materials, they used cheap substitutes without telling me. That alone is dishonest and unacceptable — you’re trusting a shop with an expensive diesel truck, not a lawn mower. Then the worst part: the mechanic clearly did not know what he was doing. During the service they broke one of my truck’s components. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame it on me and said it was already broken before I came in. That is simply false. The truck had no issue until they touched it. So now I paid them money to: • use low-quality materials •

Avoid this place at all costs. This shop is a complete joke. They took 6 hours just to “locate” a part, then charged $600 to replace a trailer wheel hub cap. I asked them five times to check the wheel bearing and was told everything was fine. 50 miles later, the wheels came off the trailer. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. Terrible service and zero professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My truck had a big air leak and broke down. Muller’s mechanic showed up in no time. He figured out the problem fast, got it fixed, kept me in the loop the whole time, and didn’t overcharge. Excellent service all around!

The best shop I ever went to . Excellent service and they also get right to your vehicle . Prices are reasonable . We also got updated on vehicle in a timely manner. Check them out they are awesome and communicate with you through the process. They went all out for me and my truck !
