Mullins Automotive & Truck Service Center

This was my first time visiting Mullins. Being new in Ocala, I was debating whether to go to the Nissan dealership and spend lots of money or to take it to a private shop. My nephew recommended this shop and I am grateful and very satisfied! Dwayne, Josh and everyone were very cordial, polite, helpful and attentive to my concerns. They recommended some additional work, but there was no sales pitch and did a fantastic job!

Had appointment for a oil change on my Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel while I waited. They took me in right on time and got the job done in less than an hour as promised. The truck was clean with no signs of grease or smudges anywhere. The service manager Paul kept me informed of the progress during the whole process. Friendly service. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend Mullins for all your diesel needs.

Big thanks to the shop and the team at Mullins automotive. They repaired our transmission on our company Van. Also took our personal 08 Mazda there. We highly recommend. Mullins is working on my son's Jeep and dealing with the warranty company. They've been very helpful and very good at communicating their progress. I will definitely take my vehicle to them in the future! Highly recommended!!!

I was very impressed on how they explained everything and made me feel that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. They treat you like family and they were truly honest. I can’t give them enough kudos for all who work there. I highly recommend them. You don’t come across this type of shop very often. So please take my advice when you’re having trouble with your vehicle. You definitely won’t be disappointed, I agree totally!
