Mully's Auto Repair and Tires

Mully's has always been down to earth, transparent, brimming over with "can do" mentality, and will tell you if they can't do something or if something isn't worth doing (and why!). Prices are very fair and 9 times out of 10 are better than other places for the same work. I value their honesty and flexibility above all else. The quality of the work I've had done has been excellent, never had any issues after the fact, even on older cars! I've been coming to Mully's ever since I've been able to drive, he's been helping my mom and dad for a number of years before that, and everybody I mention Mully's to has nothing but positive things to say. It's unfortunate to see a handful of people that haven't had better experiences, I'd chalk it up to the nature of the problem vs the work done, there'

I no longer drive due to old age and arthritis but I have to say that Steve is the most amazing mechanic and I have used his service for years, even driving from Newburyport for any work to be done. He has even given me advice on the purchase of a vehicle and what to look for. My late husband advised me before he died to never let anyone other than Mully touch my car.

To be fair, you might want to take my review with a grain of salt given all of their 5 star reviews. That being said, I brought my car in to fix a front end vibration and wobble, and after three trips to Mully’s (and roughly $600), it’s still not fixed. It pulls to the left, the steering wheel isn’t centered, and it shakes over 40mph. I’m not interested in bringing it in for a 4th time for the same issue, nor will I be spending any more money there.

Great shop.. Honest as they come . Steve knows his stuff.

We have just started using Mully’s for all of our cars and have been really pleased with the service and results. They seem efficient, reliable and prices are reasonable as well. They have started by checking each car thoroughly and have communicated clearly with us what needed to be done (no sense that they’re adding unnecessary services) before doing the work. All in all, we’ve been impressed and will continue to go back.
