They charge you without concent and are very rude! They dont want to help.

My client had her taxes completed with this service. She was due money and the preparer continue to dodge her client's telephone call or calls about her refund. IRS had deposited the money into the account but the agent failed to follow the money on behalf of the client. Also after reviewing her tax documents, the proper documents were not included to the banking info. Also when there was an audit prior to the disbursement, the preparer sat on the paperwork for a week and didn't look at it. My client took the paperwork back and did it herself and then the money was disbursed. That being said, this preparer needs to study up on ethics and the follow up. A proper complaint has been filed with the state agency.
