They are willing to help you out if you do not have the credit And can work with any type of issue when needing a car, just need proof of income and they will work with you...and make sure they can get you into something that will work for you and your family...

This has been the worst possible car buying experience you can image. This place of “business” that says “they are here to help you “ in fact are only there to call you liars. To tell you that you bought a vehicle “as is” and regardless of the issues he just wants your money. Cares not for any concerns of the customers. Not to mention, the owner very literally pretends to not understand English or speak it very well if he thinks you don’t speak spanish. It’s just one more tactic of manipulation and deceit that you can receive from multi car in Eloise fl. I have an entire list of mistreatments and we’ve only encountered this terrible business for less than 2 weeks. Do not buy any cars from this place you will deeply regret it and there’s nothing they will do other than steal your cash mone

I purchase Buick Rendezvous which I have had for few years. I love it! Yes i had repairs done which is normal cost especially on used vehicle .However it was well over a year before I had to pay for any repairs. My Buick had less than 75,000 miles on it when i purchased it and i have close to 150,000 now. I love the gal in the office. Please forgive me for forgetting your name. She is extremely friendly and since I havent had any issues she was the only person I had contact. I always paid on time or ahead which you should do to avoid problems . If i found myself in need for a vehicle i would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Multi Cars

A word of advise DO NOT I repeat DO NOT BUY from this side road car dealer. They sell bad vehicles. After being stuck with this car we have had to put over $7,000 into it(transmission included)... They will steal your money.. we have filed a report with the Florida Department of Consumer Services as well as the Better Business Bureau.. I bought my car from there and everyone there has been nothing but nice and helpful. People don't understand when you buy a used car no one knows how the car was kept up while in the possession of others. Yes I have replaced parts on my car but it is 12 years old and that is expected. I in fact am about to pay my car off and I am going to get another one for the hubby.
