Muñoz Auto Repair Shop is hands down the best in town! I’ve been coming here for a while, and every visit reminds me why I trust them with my vehicle. The team is professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain what’s going on with my car and never try to upsell unnecessary services. What really stands out is their dedication and attention to detail — they treat every car like it’s their own. Whether it’s a simple oil change or a more complicated repair, the work is always done right the first time and at a fair price. They’ve brought my car back to life more than three times now (no joke 😅), and it always runs like new when I pick it up. I don't usually leave reviews but this place was very professional and reasonably priced. Johnathan was great and explained to me the issues I was having with my car and, ultimately, let me decide what I wanted to do. Another place, for one of the same issues I was having, wanted to charge me $150 and here they were able to do that same job for $40 and let me provide the replacement part that I already had. I plan to come back for my inspection and if I ever have any future issues.

I always have a great experience when I bring my car in for service. The team is very friendly, fast, thorough and takes the stress out of car repairs. I appreciate how knowledgable they are and honest when it comes to what we need as consumers. I took my car in on Friday late in the afternoon for work and was able to get it early the very next day! That is excellent service! I will not take my car to the dealership ever again and will make Munoz Auto Repair my number one choice moving forward!

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are absolutely right! I’ve been there for the inspection, and yes, the guy also asked me to change couple of the parts in my totally functioning car and he said otherwise he’s not going to pass my car. Then I went to Toyota service, my car was 100% okay, passed the inspection! This is not okay, I will file some complaints. If you have the same experience with these people, you can call 311 to complain. Apparently, they don’t know about the “WORK ETHICS” so some officials should teach them. This is unacceptable!!!
