part of the fault certainly is mine I need to learn to speak more Spanish but it is obnoxious when I get hung up on over and over again because the person there doesn't speak any English I don't understand why logic in this person's mind would not follow and they would find someone who is bilingual that works there. I can see this place has great reviews and apparently does great work however if you're north of the border it would be wise to have someone there that understands English I don't go South of the border and demand people in Mexico speak English to me so this is very frustrating perhaps something to work on in the future for your company
