Despite Mr. Murray’s insistence of his value, training, and experience, he lacks business etiquette and knowledge of the North Carolina laws that are in place to ensure fair exchanges in commerce. There appears to be no record that Mr. Murray has an active ASE certification, business registration with the NC Secretary of State, or even a digital footprint in 2023. After such a terrible experience, it appears that many have experienced bait and switch practices with this location over the years. Shame, truly

Mr. Murray is very friendly and professional mechanic. He does outstanding certified work. He has very reasonable prices. He works on all my vehicles.He stands by his word and is very trustworthy. You can’t find a better professional mechanic around.

My bmw wouldnt start and I had it towed to Murrays to figure out the issue. Turns out I needed a new starter. He ordered the parts and had it fixed quickly and in a timely manner. I know for a fact that doing this job takes a long time because you dang near gotta take everything out of the hood to get to it. Guys, I havent had a check engine light come on since he fixed it and the BMW purrs up like a kitten now. I dont have any doubts that she will break down anymore. Thanks again! You just got yourself a customer for life.

Mr Murray did an outstanding job on my Jeep Cherokee Limited Edition. I Had a problem with my push button start stalling.
