I had managed to hit a deer with the wife's car. After having another shop not want to touch it, a friend of mine suggested Murray's. Everyone at the front desk was personable and friendly. I had never had to use a body shop before, so I had no idea what to expect or how everything worked. They were more than patient with me and willing to explain everything in detail. They even negotiated a supplement from my insurance company on my behalf. I picked the car up today (a guy stayed late so I could get it today as I couldn't get there before 5) and let me tell you, the pictures speak for themselves. Rich, the guy that worked on it, knocked it out of the park. They were even willing to use an aftermarket bumper I had planned on having installed before the deer incident. I hope I don't need a

Big shout out to the guys at Murray’s Body Shop. Wind caught my door the other evening so hard that it would no longer open. They took care of it in a matter of minutes and would not charge me. They even touched up the paint, after I told them I was not worried about cosmetic repair. (I just wanted to be able to get the door to open and close.) Always appreciate the small town customer service!!

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ivan from Murray’s Body Shop for his incredible help during a very difficult moment. Our car broke down unexpectedly, and Ivan, who works there, came to our rescue. Not only did he tow our vehicle safely, but he also went out of his way to help my wife, our 3-year-old son, and me find a motel and made sure we got there safely. His kindness, professionalism, and calm attitude turned a stressful situation into something manageable and reassuring. Ivan truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the care he showed. If you’re ever in need of towing services, I highly recommend Murray’s Body Shop—and especially Ivan. Thank you again for everything!
