⸻ *Warning to Others* After our driver’s accident, the police called Murray’s Towing. We were shocked to be charged $18.645$ for towing a truck and trailer only 30 miles. This amount is excessive and unreasonable. In our opinion, this company takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Likely working with police. Outrageous, dishonest, and should be shut down. Please be cautious.

Locked my keys in my vehicle for the first time ever in my life and of course the vehicle was running and I have no spare key. I just drove 2.5 hours back from a work trip and every one I know was an hour away. I called Murray’s and spoke to a nice woman on the phone who said she could have a guy to me in 15-20 minutes. Almost exactly 20 minutes later a tow truck pulled up and the nice young gentleman whom I’m now wishing I got his name, was very nice and within 5 minutes he had my door open. I am eternally grateful and will always use this company in the future although I hope I don’t need to! Thank you again!

They really helped me out when I got in an accident and was unable to pick up my car right away. They even made sure my car was drive able and sent photos when I couldn’t check it out in person. Very accommodating, responsive, and trustworthy. Geno and Mary are great.

My car broke down, while waiting for triple AAA the gas station sent this towing company to pick up anyway. Which now I had to pay almost $600. Times are so bad and when the owner heard my story that I have AAA and I asked the gas station to leave the car until triple AAA came. He felt compelled to help and I almost cried when they said just give me $300. He couldn’t clear it out of course business is business but he can’t even understand as a single mother of 5 and struggling how that helped out. Staff were absolutely marvelous too. Thank you sooooo much. Never bumped into suck considerate tow people. You can’t imagine how you helped me. Thank you a million. God is Great!!!!!
