Muscatine Tire (Car-X Tire & Auto)

I would not recommend them to patch a tire I had them patch a small nail in my truck tire got it back went home and parked it in my garage for a week went out and my tire was flat took it back to them the fixed it again then after a week it was flat again so I made another appointment with my gm dealer to fix it and come to find out when they patched the tire the ground the patch area to deep so the tire was unfixable so I had to buy a new tire. I called them and told them that all they can say is talk to corporate and I will be contacting the better Business bureau and telling everybody not to go there to fix there my tires were not even 5 months old

Fabulous experience as always! The manager Justin took me to the shop after going over some repair recommendations and showed me rather than just tell me, the technician was right with him and broke everything down for me as well. Love coming here and will continue to do so!

We were traveling on a trip to Des Moines when we noticed our tire picked up a nail. Called car-x got an appointment quickly and was greeted by Justin. He took care of us promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend car-x for your service needs. Justin is an asset for this company. I would definitely come here again and request Justin.

Would not recommend. was rude and sexist to my sister when she went in. Thinking she didn’t know anything, they took off the wrong tire bc he didn’t ask he just assumed & arguing with her. 0/0
