Music City Dent & Scratch

We had a great experience with Quincey and the Music City Dent & Scratch team. We had a dent in the door side of our RAV4. I got quotes from several dent companies in the area. Quincey and team were by far the best: no nonsense, fair price up-front, and highest quality work! See photos of the before and after. Had a little oopsie with a parking garage pillar which left a nice scratch on the bumper of my Mazda. I emailed Music City Dent & Scratch for an estimate and dropped off my car a few days later. Dropped off my car Thursday morning and was able to pick it up the next day. Excellent customer service and care! Highly recommend.

12/15/23: My son had to swerve to avoid a truck making a wide turn and did some damage to the right headlight and fender. We took the car to Music City Dent & Scratch who moved quickly from the insurance company approval to the finished repair. The repairs are perfect. In the bright sunlight, the car looks new, maybe even better. And the service was first-class. Phone calls answered, yes, answered by a person, not an automated system. And the persons who answered always explained what needed to be done and kept us informed and up to date with what was happening. The repair was done quickly; the time from insurance approval to the call to pick up the car was less than two weeks. That included time waiting for parts to be delivered.
