This place deserves 5 stars across the board ! Big thanks to Heaven, Shawn, and the entire staff at Music City Mitsubishi! From start to finish, this was such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can really tell they are honest people who care about their customers, not just making a sale. Heaven and Shawn went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, and the whole team made me feel welcome and respected. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend Music City Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Really great people to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and no pressure. I hadn't really considered a Mitsubishi until i drove one recently. Outlander really caught me off-guard how nice it was. Newer store and super clean and inviting. Highly recommend checking them out.

First let me start by saying I’m so blessed to have been able to walk into this dealership with no car and out with a car that’s over a decade newer then Mine . They tried so hard to get me a brand new car no miles but because of trial and tribulations i was not ready . Matt B and Johnny didn’t give up on me i actually spent two days at the car lot with these guys that’s how determined and dedicated they were i ended up pulling off in a nice 2021 Nissan Sentra perfect for me and my two little boys at 10:00 at night. I’ve been to multiple car lots and the compassion i received here is unexplainable and unmatched! I’m very pleased with my car my salesman’s my journey throughout the entire process.
