MVD Emission Inspection

Not too many people there yesterday which was really nice. They had one lane open for 96 or newer but they were sending people to another lane as well. When it was my turn the guy there was really cool,we chatted for a bit while I asked him some questions & he was very helpful. If you are wondering if my car passes emissions it did pass. I always go to this place even though it's out of the way it's way worth it because of the people there

Didn't take very long but they wasn't using some of the lanes. They might have been at lunch. Because when I was second to the front they started using two more lanes and it went fast after that.

Look its a government facility. They arent trying to be efficient. They dont care about you. The line is going to go all the way out to 51st Ave every day. They are only gunna have about 2 lines open with 50 people in line because they know they got you as a captive customer that has no other options because its a government monopoly. Be sure your phone is charged and have a podcast ready to go for that 45min wait.

This emissions site is fast and easy there is normally always going to be a wait time. But I was in and out in about 30 minutes and I started my wait still on the street entrance. So overall not to bad.

Came early like a hour before open and there is still a line. Don't come on the 1st or last day of the month. The best times is on Saturday. All day I watched the live feed camera and most people was in and out with in 5 10 min.
