I had an electrical issue that was above my skill level to repair. Ardi provided a detailed analysis while explaining the faults of the vehicle. They also provided pictures and videos of all the issues. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of service, the professionalism, and the transparency they provide to their customers. Ardi and his staff were very courteous and professional. I am active duty Army and MVR provided a military discount. I absolutely recommend MVR to family and friends. I will definitely return for other work that was recommended.

Went in for a smog check but after waiting for some time it seemed like their machine was down. Ardi was very apologetic and offered a discount if I returned, which I did because the shop is close to my house. Ardi recommended some standard maintenance items but after discussing my car's history he recommended getting the services after about 10,000 more miles. Ardi was very friendly, easy to deal with, and seemed honest. I will definitely consider bringing my car for service in the future.

This shop is tucked east on Windmill and Jones. Ardi and his team are professionals who are running a smooth and honest business. Ardi and his team’s goal is to get your car back to manufacturer’s performance. My personal experience is: I feel safer and more comfortable with them than the vehicle’s manufacture franchisee. We moved to this side of town and had the guys service our 2 vehicles. Very professional staff, very detailed oriented and very satisfied with the work done. We received a detailed picture report with the issues found and were able to work through a plan to fix the vehicles according to importance. Prices are reasonable and the work is very thorough and done in a timely manner. Thanks to the staff and the owner, highly recommended car shop at service shop.
