My Auto Doctor

I recently took my car to this shop and was helped by Jeremy. He agreed to install parts that I had already purchased myself, and I appreciated him for that. However, during the process of working on my car, Jeremy called to tell me that a few parts were broken and needed to be replaced — one costing about $890 and another around $140. When I asked how the parts got broken, Jeremy said either the previous shop had damaged them or they came in that way. I asked Jeremy to take pictures and send them to me, which he did. After receiving the photos, I showed them to a few different mechanics, and they all agreed that the parts appeared to have been broken during the work — not beforehand. One of the parts, a coolant return line, was cracked in several places, not just “crumbled” like Jeremy

Called this company because they work on kia that not many companies can work on them now that there is not a certified kia center in the area. They were very helpful and gave me constant updates and patient with me. Other than the delivery of the engine they were prompt with the work. Thanks to them we got the telluride back and in great shape. Awsome place.

This is definitely my new go to place! I felt like my brakes were going to malfunction and get into an accident in Jeremy was able to help me get my truck in right away!Was very upfront about pricing and had quit and turnaround servers thank you guys so much for helping me!

When our suburban wouldn't shift out of park and we were stuck at the library, I called in to schedule an appointment to drop off our vehicle. While on the phone with Courtney, I realized we wouldn't be able to tow it to the shop with the vehicle stuck in park. She offered to meet us at the library after hours to help us out. It was a super easy fix, just a small plastic piece that was falling apart that helps the shifter gear. With her quick thinking and kindness we were able to drive home 10 minutes later. I was impressed with her willingness to go above and beyond to help a total stranger! I will definitely be taking any of my future business to My Auto Doctor. Courtney is an amazing person, thank you for your help!!

Incredible helpful service. Quick to solve my vehicle issues. Parts ordered and assembled/ installed in a timely manner. I am so thankful to have found a reliable auto care service. I trust the work and have not had to have repeated fixes because the parts or job were done correctly the first time. They are friendly and personable. I would highly recommend them to others.
