My Auto Service (Ann Road)

Just moved here and stopped by for a quick smog check , they were able to fit me in 15 minutes before closing. Very nice guys! Jack introduced himself at the checkout and told me how this is a family business and if I need anything fixing with the car to let him know! Very polite and friendly, I am definitely coming back here for my other car needs here!

This place is fantastic. You’re treated with respect and kindness. I have had my 20 year vehicle in to be worked on twice (2 different problems) both times the work was done correctly, honestly and at a fair price. Ladies, this is the place to bring your vehicles. Thanks guys, you ROCK!!!!!

We don't live in Las Vegas, but if we did My Auto Service would absolutely be our repair place. Their service was very friendly, quick and fairly priced. Here's our story: We were driving from Oregon to Arizona when we blew a coolant hose near Las Vegas. We randomly chose My Auto Service and they had us in and out in about an hour. It was telling that Roy, the super friendly manager, knew by name most of the many customers who came in during that hour. A big thumbs up for My Auto Service.

I've been going to My Auto service for over 15 years, servicing five different cars. They provide excellent fast friendly service at very competitive prices. Let's face it, the auto repair industry is very shady at best, so to find a facility that doesn't buy into the scams is very rewarding. My Auto service offers oil changes, bake services, transmission services and general auto repair. They also handled a dispute I had with professionalism and courtesy, not to mention in my favor.
