My Car Chevrolet GMC

So this is a crazy story but I was car hunting and had gone to a different dealership before hand didn’t find a car I liked I got sad and then decided why not see if the my car Chevrolet GMC had any so I drove over and boy did they. A guy name Eric helped me look for a car and we walked passed one and I had hoped it wasn’t someone else’s car it wasn’t and he helped me set up to get it. And it’s been a few weeks now and I absolutely love this car. TY MY CAR CHEVROLET GMC AND THANK YOU ERIC FOR HELPING ME FIND THE PERFECT CAR.

Robert was an amazing salesman, unfortunately we couldn’t come to an agreement on the car but he showed me some pre-owned ones that I’m close to affording. He also invited me to eat some steaks after he got off work. Excellent service

New owner ship only care about profit they tried to offer me a trade-in seven grand less than every other company in the area. When I mentioned this to them, all they said is let him go “Robert McCall” is the one who sent me this that was supposed to be internally email and got sent to me so unprofessional. This new ownership is not the same they are just money hungry sharks. Was a loyal customer before they sold the company out of nowhere now. I will never recommend people to buy from this company again.

I have been getting my cars from Troutman's for the past 10 years, when I found out that they were sold to my car GMC, I had no clue of what to expect, but after working with Eric Martin, it seems like we never missed a beat.
