Great experience and great job. Chase ( the shop manager) Listened to my issues I’ve been having with my car and his technician and himself guaranteed, they will get down to the issue and within a few hours they did my engine was going out. He helped me to the best of his abilities. Within a few days my claim for my warranty was approved. He kept in contact with me and sent pictures of everything that was going on with the process of my vehicle and within a few weeks my vehicle is back up and running. He was very patient and kind. And within him working on my first vehicle, I brought my second vehicle to his shop to get a radiator repaired and they were quick and honest with that as well I will guarantee a return to the shop with any other car issues I have.

They towed my vehicle to the shop and gave diagnostics estimate within 2 hours. Very fair priced and honest before turning one wrench. Chris was awesome explaining the difference between what should be done and “what needed to be done.” If you want friendly service, direct communication from the owner, great process, and financing options this is your shop! I’ve taken my car to Chase at My Cypress Mechanic a few times now and every time he’s done a great job communicating and explaining findings in detail. He ensures my car is up to par every time before driving off the lot. Highly recommended.

The guys at the shop were super nice and accommodating. Just came in for an oil change, but they gave me a bit of insight of what else might be needed. The insight was really helpful and spot on, but they didnt try and push anything on me. Affordable. Straight forward. Small little shop in cypress. They gave me an estimate about the other things I may need and were very helpful and kind. My partner and I will come back if we need anything else!
