Sebastian was my technician. He was prompt, well prepared and informed me about what to expect. He answered all my questions and allowed me to upgrade my request onsite. The weather wasn’t the best and he was able to work through and get finished in enough time for me to secure my vehicle before the heavy rain. I highly recommend and will use again.

I owe My Detail Guys a public apology… and a huge thank-you. I managed to spill a GIANT horchata under my seat — not a polite drip, but a full-on dairy-based crime scene. I took some time before writing this because I wanted to be fair and measured. The first time I brought my semi-truck in, an older gentleman handled the cleaning and did an excellent job. There were animal odors in the sleeper at the time, and he cleaned it thoroughly. The truck smelled fresh, looked detailed, and it was obvious he took pride in his work. That positive experience is the reason I returned. The second visit was very different. A younger employee handled the cleaning. Under the driver and passenger seats, cleaning spray had been applied, but nothing was properly wiped down. The areas were left wet. When I ran my hand underneath the seat and along the surfaces, it was still dusty and dirty. It was clear product had been sprayed, but not actually cleaned. I brought it to hi
