Just appreciate the professionalism at this place. My Wife had to bring her car in bc her brakes felt off. It wound up being a simple fix, just a plastic caught in between the brakes. They explained, fixed the issue and was very quick with the service!

Excellent pricing, great customer service, and honest! I dropped my car off shortly before closing to be looked at the next day, and before I had even gotten home, Mike called and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He provided photos along with a report, patiently explained the issues to help me understand what needed to be prioritized, gave quotes, and also spent time tracking down a hard to find part. The work done the next day was high quality. Very kind and professional!

After trying to drop my car off at the dealership for my 15k maintenance I was told $500 for an oil change and filter replacement/alignment but knew that didn't sound right and left. So I came here instead at the recommendation of a friend. I just left My Family Car Care with an oil change, a print out showing all the checks on my vehicle, and even a picture of my still good air filter... For under $100 and less than an hour of my day. Happiest of customers!
