I have maintained a professional relationship with the owner of my automotive service provider for several years. Our shared acquaintances and his team have consistently demonstrated integrity and transparency, providing clear explanations of complex technical information regarding my vehicle. At his previous location, detailing services were not available; however, he facilitated a professional waxing and buffing service for my Jeep, resulting in an exceptional finish. Furthermore, I have entrusted them with additional automotive work, and I have consistently been satisfied with the customer service, the comprehensive explanations of the repair processes, and the quality of the repairs performed.

While on a road trip traveling with my 5th wheel from Ontario, the 5th wheel hitch latch got bent while hooking up the trailer at our last park. The latch mechanism on the hitch got bent, and it was hard to engage (lock) and disengage (release). We were staying at The Pumpkin Patch RV park down the road, and a seasonal guest (a local)recommended My Mechanic Company. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was they were a busy shop. Tim and Jordan pleasantly greeted me and had a look at my issue with the locking mechanism on my hitch. They assured me they could make the necessary repairs to get us back on the road. They repaired seals on my truck. Charged me $3300. 3 weeks later, and, 4000 miles later, my truck was at a different shop for a different reason, and they told me that my seals were leaking. I said there's no way I just had those replaced, he said they're leaking. I took it to 2 other shops for a total of 3, all 3 said my seals were leaking, reached out to these guys asking for a refund or a warranty, and they refuse to do anything.

I went to get my beater fixed for a fishing trip told them to just make it dependable and road legal they sure did deliver it only took 2 days for the vehicle I'd trust them to work on any of my vehicles. A good local mechanic to support
