My Mechanic

If you are looking for a shop, stop. You are not going to do better than these guys. Matt is the picture of honesty and transparency. I just had extensive work done and Matt sent me detailed explanations for any work needed and pics of parts needing replacement. In all fairness, communication could be improved. I would like to see a more reliable system.

Last year march 2022, I was having issues with my ford fiesta. So I looked up local mechanic shops and came across my mechanic. I called and told Matt the issue with my car. He told me to bring it in right away. He did a full diagnostic and even checked my car tires, spark plugs, battery, etc. And did it with no problem. he came back and told me that I would have to replace my tires and get an oil change and replace my spark plugs. After an hour goes by and he tells me that my car was running perfect. I was so happy and fortunate to have came to my mechanic. The cost is very affordable and they also offer financing. I have been bringing my other cars to my mechanic. My mechanic is friendly, informative and reliable. I would definitely recommend my mechanic to anyone in and around the area

FAMILY OF OWNERS AND EVEN I GOT SCAMMED BY THEM Got a timing chain R&R, also a Power steering R&R. Both repairs failed (they blamed it on 'faulty parts over Covid' when I first inquired, but I am being told they used OLD PARTS instead of the new ones they ordered) and I'm looking at almost $5k in repairs or finding a new vehicle. Their SnapFinance loan is predatory with an interest rate of 150% if you default on a single payment. They will bankrupt you and then gaslight you about it. Oh your response reminded me! Not only did I get a loan to cover the expenses that was approved as the final expense for the repairs, you added an extra $300 to the bill so I couldn't come back! That I never authorized! We have used this shop religiously for a couple of years and definitely is not the same as in the beginning. Always trusted the work- the past several times our vehicle needed to immediately go back due to not being put together correct. There were several occasions for this matter. Once a belt blew and they rushed getting it back together- not doing it correct- the belt they JUST replaced we had to fix and take it back so they could adjust the pully a worker did not put on correctly. Most recently when we left our vehicle there what had me the most upset was that it sat for over a week behind their garage, NOT EVEN LOOKED AT ONCE! we were out of a vehicle over a MONTH!
