My RV Inspection

We had a great experience from the initial call to Lisa, whom was very helpful to Joe going to inspect and the immediate report sent. We are from Oklahoma and buying a Brinkley 5th Wheel in Wildwood, FL was already stressful. They were a huge help! Inspection went great and the report was emailed within a few hours. Joe got on the phone with myself and my husband to talk us through the report and suggesting how to proceed in the future with us newbies in the rv world. They are also very knowledgeable about solar in rv’s, which helped us feel more comfortable with that unknown. Highly recommend this company!

Joe recently conducted an inspection my (new to me) motorhome. He was very easy to work with. I am the purchaser and I was out of state, the owner and the motorhome were local. Logistically, I was concerned the location, purchaser, and owner relationship differences would create difficulties it getting a complete and thorough. I could not have been more wrong. He worked around scheduling issues easily and was very accommodating. He was prompt and did the job in a very professional manner. Upon completion of the inspection, and the few issues he identified, he sent over 300 pictures and very detailed 120 page written report. We met Lisa, Jason and Joe at the Tampa RV Supershow in January 2026. They explained the RV inspection process, how to schedule online and cost. All of that went smoothly and we coordinated with General RV to make it happen once our Brinkley arrived. The inspection happened as scheduled with Joe notifying us when the inspection began. We had a very extensive and helpful report about 4 hours after he completed the inspection. Joe found 2 things that needed to be addressed prior to us taking delivery. The report also included very detailed information about everything inspected as well as links to helpful maintenance and repair information. We were very satisfied with how this entire interaction went and would definitely seek their assistance in the future.

First of all, Lisa Carletti answered my phone calls in person. I believe I left one message and was called back promptly. She took plenty of time to walk me through the process. At all times, I felt that she was looking out for my best interests. Our inspector was friendly, informative and thorough. Just like Lisa, he took time with us and made sure we had enough information to make an informed decision. I highly recommend them.
