My Sticker Auto Inspections

I brought my own oil and filter in and asked for oil change labor servives. They charged over $50 but when I got home found out the oil and filter never got changed out - they pretended to jack my truck up but did nothing.

CAUTION** They do not perform full alignments here. please use caution and ask them for documentation. They will only adjust the tow so it drives straight and your Camber will eat the shoulder of the tires into the metal cord. Do not pay for a half job and take it to a place that can make the proper adjustments. We had to ask for our money back after asking for documentation. "Tow and Go" is NOT an alignment as advertised as serviced. Ask the right question so you get the right answers.

Many years I’ve been coming to this place,to get oil change and inspection, last time I came the oil was 1qt low I didn’t pay much attention but today it was different for one the manager ask me to open my own hood, on my way there I asked the guy taking care of the vehicle if the hood didn’t open and he just wave me off with an attitude I went on and open the hood anyway and went to sit down with my wife, later the manager told me if I had paid also with an attitude I told him I didn’t hear him and once again with an attitude told me if I wasn’t paying attention, that hit me because I had never been treated like that for the years I’ve been gone there I proceed to pay and I asked the guy taking care of my ticket what was his name he didn’t tell me he just showed me in the ticket (SReyes)

I've been coming here for years now whenever it was time for a vehicle inspection or if I just need an honest review on whether something is wrong with my vehicle or not. They are the only ones I trust to do my oil changes (other than myself) whenever time is limited and need a quick and accurate oil change. They are also the place I go to whenever I need a realignment on my wheels and tires. Overall these guys work hard, they are professional, and they will continue to have my business for years to come!

So today I went to this location ro get my oil changed and inspection. I've been coming to this location for 5 years or more. There was a Latino and African American. The Latino was eating his lunch so I understand. But the African American(Black) was playing a video game. When asked if he could start servicing my car his reply was I'm not going to do it. So the other man stop eating to service me. Customer Service use to mean something. Consumer be aware. I would rate this a 5 but because of the negative response. I can't. I will be reaching out to corporate.
