My Test Only

Worst place ever to get your car inspected, the employee their is clueless to what he is doing my smog obviously failed but that's not the reason for the review. I payed $40 it failed went back for my retest and he was still going to charge me $40 plus $11 more if it past. My main problem with that is every smog shop gives you a free retest if you fail. Now the second problem was my smog failed because high (HC (PPM) the day of, I asked him what it meant and he said "I don't know" I assumed it was complicated so I didn't insist, so when I got home and did some research pretty much meant my car was running lean on fuel, that simple but this guy obviously doesn't care about his customers enough to at least tell them what the main test points stand for.
