Jeff is great. Very straightforward and honest guy. Doesn’t pressure you into doing anything, just explains what’s wrong and what needs to be done and lets you choose what’s best for you. Everyone I’ve spoken with at the shop has been polite and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.

After calling a few transmission shops I finally decided to go with my transmission and auto care. Jeff was very easy to talk to and understood the job at hand, which made the process a very simple. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil leak that was due to a bad transmission seal. The service was done in a very timely manner. After a week, I noticed that a small leak still existed. After talking with Jeff again it was determined that the new seal installed was defective and the issue was quickly resolved as they installed another. It was a very smooth process and the shop was very easy to work with. I will definitely be back if I have any more issues in the future.

Took my 2010 Honda accord in for transmission repairs. Jeff the new manager was a great help. He said he was new to the store, but been with company a long time. Him and his staff were very professional and friendly. I no nothing about cars nor transmissions. He walked me through the process step by step. Felt like family. Highly loved the service. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely fashion. They explained in simple terms, what was the cause of my transmission problem and corrected it with the most cost effective method.
