Myers Towing

Liars and frauds. The lady who u speak to on the phone I believe she’s the owner, will lie to you and tell u her employees were sick and they couldn’t open the tow gate for a car we purchased from an auction. She said she would come herself and never came. We called her the Friday before and the morning of to let them know we were coming they told us they would be ready we arrived 11:30am they kept saying give them 30 mins finally at 3:30 we called once again this time she said she isn’t coming to open the office. We waited four hours in the hot sun, no food no water no bathroom. Four other people as well. Made a trip out from San José. We need our money back. Terrible customer service terrible experience.

Took 3 hours and still didn't get a tow.

Staff was new but very helpful. Got me in and out as quickly as possible and there were no issues.
