Mygrant Glass

I think the Quality control should be their work, every time I come to pick up a glass is always scratched or has a defect, and that makes me waste a lot of time, and time is money so they make me lose money, I'm quite unhappy with that.

Where is the customer service at Mygrant? They don't have specific loading areas for customers, you have to walk about 70ft. To go get your glasses and if you have multiple parts you have to make those trips several times. They don't care about customers, because if there's an empty dock they close it so.you cannot park and load from there. They just keep them for themselves, but customers have to walk a long way to load their parts. Business are there because of customers, they apparently don't understand that.

This place has great employees, a great manager, and work hard to keep everyone satisfied.

I have to say that my husband and I have been thoroughly impressed with the products and the people are very helpful and always have a smile 😁 I definitely recommend lance and all the other wonderful employees at mygrant glass!

Gilbert was so friendly, professional, and has excellent customer service skills. Also has nice smile and beautiful eyes 😉
