I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this BMW mechanic shop. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and paid in full, trusting that the work would be done properly. After getting my car back, I discovered multiple serious issues: My DPF was removed and not returned to me. The glow plug module I was charged for does not appear to have been replaced. A copper injector washer was not properly installed. The charge pipe clips were not reinstalled. These are not minor oversights — they are fundamental mechanical details that directly affect the vehicle’s performance and reliability. They are real about the culture. They own sick rides themselves. Pricing is fair, their hours are normal because business owners have lives as well. Communication is all amazing and they are always respectful.
Called to schedule a mobile job since my vehicle was not able to run and had been sitting in my garage for almost a year. These guys responded almost immediately and set me up with an appointment 2 days later. These guys changed the oil and filter, replaced the battery, water pump, thermostat, starter, installed an upgraded charge pipe plus intake and reset codes. Completed the job in less than 4 hours! My baby is running better than ever and back on the road. To say that I’m satisfied with the service is an understatement. These guys are reasonably priced and their work is guaranteed. I definitely recommend N5X Syndicate!
Highly recommend to anyone needing work done! They've completed countless repairs on my vehicle including: Stage 3 clutch and flywheel, water pump and thermostat, walnut blasting, coding, numerous gaskets, power steering hard lines, oil changes and diagnostics. These guys are passionate about their work and it shows in every vehicle they touch. 10/10 would recommend.
