He is inexpensive. But does not reliably answer his phone, nor does he have an answering machine. He might be open, then again he might not be open, or not there (he also has a tow truck). He also will leave early for the day. I liked using him because his shop is within a block of my work. But he closed on a Friday (perhaps so he could have a 4 day holiday weekend) that I had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected, and now he is too busy to fit me in.
