Mrs Maranda & Mrs sherry is awesome.Both young ladies is really nice,respectful and professional with helping their customers. I called and spoke with Mrs Sherry over the phone,about part and they did not have it in stock and she offered to order it and had it there the next day. So I went into the store to pick the part up and Mrs. Sherry was there to Assist me.Mrs Maranda was there also and those ladies are really awesome. Keep up the good work, ladies I will be back. When you buy two belts in a set, you expect them to be the same length, and not been on a shelf somewhere for 7, 8 years. That was disappointing, but the price I paid was more than the kubota dealer wanted. OEM

Upon visiting this Napa store, I found the best customer service I have seen in a long time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to Thank Maranda and Sherry for the service they provided and got me exactly what I needed and back on the road. Thank you both again for the help.

Absolutely rude counter help....on 2 separate occasions, but made me feel better they spoke nasty to each other as they did to people in the store. I will not try and give them anymore of my business...order online..
