NAPA Auto Parts

I used the option on the NAPA website to select free delivery and was able to place the order with no issue. The order listing on the site kept saying it would be delivered “today” the last few days and it never came. I finally called the store and was informed “we don’t do home deliveries.” Nowhere was this made clear on the site when I placed the order or in the emails I was sent. I would recommend making this clearer in the future.

I went there to order a part with Gordon carpenter and he ordered the wrong part and then told me I don’t know what I am doing I been a mechanic for over 40 years and to make a long story short he found the right part and got me the right part. People like him don’t need to be working with customers

Today I was at the Napa Store and the Salesman seemed rude. I was asking him about a car part I needed and he said we don't have it Get out of here! I have been a regular customer at NAPA I will never go there again
