NAPA Auto Parts - Ambler

It is my pleasure to write this review NAPA Auto Parts located at 170 E. Butler Ave. Ambler, PA 19002. Their associate Elissa, has helped me on two occasions she helped me to address to issues with my car. Recently, I needed to have a battery installed. She called the gentleman at Lynchs Service Station and arranged for me to get it installed right away. I highly recommend NAPA auto parts in Ambler for your automobile needs. Be sure to ask Elissa! Super friendly, fast and efficient service.

Great parts & service but they haven’t updated their store hours they close at 2pm on Saturday not 4pm. Needed a few body clips for my grandmother’s car

Trying to get a butane can from this store. The guy sitting at the register looked at an old can I brought and simply shot back "I don't know!". When I tried to ask another question, he got impatient and just refused to talk to me. A woman did a little better as she came over after I couldn't find Mac 7216 starter fluid. However, when I asked her if their butane can will work with the light I brought in. She looked at me with her big eyes wide open, simply saying "I don't know" not even looking at the lighter. Both of them were just cold, unfriendly and terse. They didn't give me any reason to come back again.
