NAPA Auto Parts - Amboy Auto Parts

What horrible customer service I received. I called Napa to see if they had positive and negative gauge wiring with alligator clamps to do a repair. I could not get a simple yes or no answer and was finally told he has a 6 gauge jumper cable that would fit my needs. I make the trip out to him he doesn't have said product he have literally just told me 15 minutes earlier he had told he had so I made the trip out to him for nothing. What a waste of 45 minutes of my time with a bad customer service attitude added on to the trip.

I put in an order online, but it didn't go through, so I needed to do it in the store. Mark was very understanding and helped me choose a better product for my car and told me why it was better! This store is conveniently located and Mark was kind enough to apply the current discount for me! I love coming in for items I need and saving money through coupons and the latest discounts in the ads!

We were in a bind and were looking for a light and this company went above and beyond to help us out (Specifically Mark). Called back in a timely manor and worked hard to track down one that would work for us. Very grateful for them today!
