The customer service was HORRIBLE. The lady with blonde hair seemed bothered by me being a black woman needing assistance. She was kind to her black male associates but treated me as if I were a threat to her business. I didn’t even get the chance to speak much because she would only repeat the price of the battery louder and would not help me any further. I was prepared to spend well over $300. I took my business to a different location. If you’re a black woman be prepared to face the Karen at this location.

Stopped in after pulling off the highway when I heard a strange noise. Luckily there was a Napa Auto off the exit and when I went in not only was the woman working very friendly and helpful. I didn't know what I needed and even a customer there helped me pick out the correct piece and even helped me fix my issue. Super friendly service.

Destiny was super helpful and friendly over the phone. She quickly found the product I needed — such a refreshing experience especially in today’s climate!

I witnessed an extremely uncomfortable experience at this NAPA due to the gross behavior of an employee named Mike. His actions were completely inappropriate & unprofessional. Management obviously needs to address workplace conduct with this guy so he takes it seriously. I would not recommend visiting this store (especially to any women) unless they take proper steps to ensure a safe environment for all customers.
