I love our local Napa store. The staff and always super helpful and knowledgeable. I have gone in many many times with different issues, and they have always been ready to help. I am so thankful and blessed to have this small town store in our small town. Shout out to all the guys there. Thank you for all you do. 🤘❣

Terrible customer service. Napa’s website says they were open until 5 and allowed me to order part that was to be “ready in 30 minutes”. They closed at 3 regardless of what their website said. I drove over an hour to get the part. Napa employee argued with me when I called the next morning, saying that google was to blame. But google isn’t the entity who said the part would be ready in 30 minutes. Fix your website before blaming google… and don’t argue with and interrupt customers. Spend extra time to go to a different Napa

Car battery died on the trip up from southern PA to a wedding in Rochester. Stopped here to get a multimeter to test the battery and alternator. The cashier instead sold me a battery tester / alternator that only told me the battery was “low”. Yep, knew that. Went to return it to the cashier who knew our plight. Refused to return the item with a receipt because store policy is “no returns on electronics.” Yup, you may be right, but now you’ll never have business from my in laws in Attica or Napa’s anywhere. Stick to Walmart for batteries and parts, at least they’ll take a receipt.

Went in to see if there was a way to fix a radiator hose that cracked off. Mike did an outstanding job replaced the part and took good care of us! Not too many people like him anymore. Thank you Mike and God bless you!!!

Horrible, lazy staff , they sell batteries but dont test them or even install them , but their other locations do , odd hours compared to their other locations, seems like they are just there to get payed and not actually do their job.
