NAPA Auto Parts - Auto of Colfax

Had a tire fiasco and pulled off here to figure it out. What we found were very helpful people with strong hearts. Truly what makes Iowa so lovely.

I called about an air filter for my car. They said they didn't have it in stock but could have it there the following day. The employee was friendly and helpful. This Napa is in Colfax, Ia. I only live 7 miles from there, so its convenient and doesn't get too busy. It saves me a trip to the city and the prices are comparable with O'Reillys or Auto Zone.

Store is very convenient location. Pricing has always been better than I anticipate. Employee's are very friendly and no nonsense types and very helpful when trying to figure something out. To date they have always had the parts I needed even though it is a smaller than normal store. Very impressed.

No one would help me. Four people just standing around the counter. It was like coffee hour in there. I walked out and no one said a word. This used to be a good parts store. But since they got bought out, they're not helpful and over priced.

Very clean store help was very knowledgeable and kind good experience...
