NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts Crown Point

Update as of 04/10: This company is a total joke!! Contacted their Customer Services has requested. Explained 10 times how the battery was diagnosed as defective, and now get no answer, nothing!! Obviously, their warranty is a bluff!! Go buy your battery somewhere else you can trust!! No wonder why they have 81% of ONE star on TrustPilot!! Very unfriendly and dishonest people!! First when I bought a battery, they refused to install it. That battery came with an 18 month warranty and when it failed and regularly lost power, they refused to replace it!! They check its voltage which, sure enough, was 12V... since it just spent a complete night on a charger!! Will never do business with the Crown point location again.

Best place to get parts. Parts are in stock and the only things they have to order are maybe parts for new vehicles or something that could be a little out of the norm. Employees are helpful and friendly. It's also so refreshing to NOT have to hear, everytime you go in, "we have to order that because we don't have it in stock". That's how you keep customers coming back!!

We reserved rotors online. Received a call that it would be there at noon today. When my father gets there to pick up not only do they not have them but they know nothing about it. Only one guy coming in at 1 apparently knows about all orders haha. I laugh but it's frustrating as we are going to Florida Saturday and needed those rotors today on a Thursday. They lost my business and I'd steer clear too. These are all independently owned so they don't have good communication from store to store or from online to store either I guess. Used to love Napa too but not all businesses can keep up good service these days.

Helpful in getting me what i needed to get my truck up n running

They stock parts for my triaxle. I went in for a 16" mirror and paid 10 bucks less than I would have spent at a truck stop or truck parts store. NAPA is the last true parts store. These guys were polite and helpful.
