I applaud the extra effort and outstanding customer service! I really appreciated the extra effort the sales associate made in solving my problem. He applied good effort, understanding why a special solution was needed - and his solution worked well!!

This store is a joke i called about warranty on fuel pump they said yeah well have to get one ordered they ordered the wrong one and all I hear is excuses form the guy who ordered It and the "manager" if you want to get screwed around buy a few incompetent parts pushers have fun I'll never shop at napa auto parts again what a joke that's why you work at a parts store you must have some skills to stand behind that computer and not your parts warranty when I asked specifically about a specific part number and they say yeah im ordering it you'd think but no you get spectra and not Delphi I drink Coke not Pepsi
