Josh and staff all helped us in a pinch with our cross country RV trip. Needed new windshield wipers in the rain. Josh helped me quickly to pick out the right ones, ran out and changed them within minutes. Thank you!

Started off with a phone call w/ Brandon (picture) that drew me from shopping in another auto parts store, to leaving and heading to Napa! - Great Customer Service - Patient While I Asked ALL My Questions - Well Informed w/ Plenty of Knowledgeable - Had ALL My Parts For My 88 Ramcharger - CHEAPER & AMERICAN MADE!!!! When I Walked I He Already Had ALL The Parts I Request Ready For Me At The Counter So It Was A Smooth Visit 🔥 Never Shopped Napa BUT MAN! These guys were awesome. Helped us take a look at our van, and helped us diagnose that our starter needed replacing. They had a new starter in stock and we were able to replace it and get back on road! Super positive experience

I went in to the Napa in Benson with little knowledge about what I really needed, and the employees were very patient with me, and listened to my outrageous descriptions about the parts under the hood so we could get it solved. They helped me with price estimates, with parts, and with what was probably the best costumer service I have had in a long time. Truly nice people that are not out to make a sale but just trying to help another person. Great people, I live about 45 minutes away but if I need a part I'll be back there!!!!

Always a good place to go for parts. Friendly and knowledgeable about parts and how they work. The pricing is very competitive compared to Orielly’s. Parts are generally in stock and as I stated are more affordable then their competitors. I will go back to Napa for my automotive needs.
