NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Cape Cod

Went in on Saturday afternoon. It was not a pleasant experience. I got treated incredibly rudely. When I asked why he was being so unbelievably rude, he replied "I'm not". Not even even an apology. When I told him I wouldn't buy from that Napa and left my item on the counter he couldn't have cared less. As I was leaving he told me to have a nice day. I won't be back!

The absolute worst service. I went in for them to check my battery for me. Kind of seemed strange that I saw the older white guy just sitting at his computer playing on it with no1 to service for 5+minutes, before he said "next customer", but I let that go and waited patiently for 1 of the other 2 associates to be done. Then when I walked over to his cashier spot and asked if he could check my battery for me, his response was "it depends. if the battery is here or if the battery is in your car, you have to shut ur car off and be able to restart it on ur own because we don't jump start" and said it like he was talking down to me. Ummmm, ok. I said that I could restart it. So he grabs his kit, doesn't say a word to me, goes outside, wants for me to pop my truck, hooks up his machine , tells

Such friendly employees. Talked with me about my car and how my day was while they searched around for the parts I needed. Even went so far as to give me the items on sale as opposed to their higher priced counterparts. One employee even helped me install the parts right there in the parking lot! Definitely worth going to if you ever need parts for your vehicle.

Horrible service. The guy swore at us when I told him we had $5 off of the price. Proceeded to slam things around and said he didn’t know how he was going to fix it. He did fix it! We sent a complaint in to the company and called the number they sent us, but no call from the district manager! Absolutely rudest man I have ever had in a store. What a jerk. Needs to be fired!
