Nice and friendly people but I can only give three stars. I ordered a 23 mm four way lug wrench and turns out in their system all those parts are in 22 mm so they sent the wrong one and don't have the right one. We tried to work things out with a telescopic part but it was $20 extra.

I went in today because my battery died. I got a new battery right away as my old battery was under warranty, I was told that they were too busy to replace my battery, which I was fine with and I was informed that it wasn't part of their policy to change the batteries out, but as I was waiting for someone that I called to come and replace it Corey came out from inside and changed it for me! I was so thankful. I appreciate the extra care they gave me! Thank you so much for taking care of me and changing out my battery! I appreciate you all! Thank you Corey!

Excellent customer service and help from Scott. Just got our vehicle out of the shop and had some follow up battery trouble. Scott was able to test and replace everything quickly and expertly. Extremely professional and polite. Thank you so very much!
